Location - Situated in the heart of the city, right on Finikoudes and less than a minutes' walk to the beach and all amenities this 1-bedroom apartment offers great comfort, luxury and relaxation.
The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2019 and features a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, spacious open plan dining room and living room area opening up to the balcony and complete with modern and comfortable furniture making it the ideal place to enjoy what the city has to offer.
The master bedroom comes with a large comfortable double bed which combined with the double sofabed in the living room Larnaca Apartment 1382 can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.
Larnaca Apartment 1382 is located just behind the frontline buildings of Finikoudes Boulevard just a few steps from Finikoudes Beach. Literally less than a minute's walk, Finikoudes Beach is arguably one of the best in Larnaca and offers a plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails and great night life. The more recently developed Mackenzie Beach with it's own lounge bar scene is also within walking distance.
Larnaca Airport is only about 10 minutes' drive and within a few minutes walk from he apartment you will find restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and much more.
