Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: sauna, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The holiday apartment is located in the annex building located 150 m from the main building.
One of the hotels with the most beautiful locations in the Alps. Since summer 2017., the hotel offers a new spa area and outdoor pool (only in summer). Access to the pool area is free for all guests of the hotel. Access to the spa area is charged 15€ per access for anyone over 17 years old. The car park is located about 200m from the hotel. Aparthotel "Tirol Apartment 1044", 1'000 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees. Above Matrei in Osttirol, on a slope, 1 km from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. and 30.Sep.). Children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, sauna (extra). Spa area (extra), billiard table, playroom, lift, central heating system, washing machine. Breakfast and half board possible on request. Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking. Shop 850 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 200 m. Gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km. Hiking paths: Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. in some cases elevator!
