"Vaud Chalet 1042", 1-room chalet 65 m2, south-west facing position. Luxurious and stylish furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen) with wood-burning stove. Shower, sep. WC. Wood heating. Large garden. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. The chalet is self-sufficient. It has a modern convection fireplace and a vegetable log stove that produces hot water. Thus the user produces, manages and above all deserves his comfort. A large water tank keeps the water hot for several days and a high thermal mass keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter.
Verneys 8 km from Bex: Luxurious chalet "Vaud Chalet 1042", 1'062 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, 8 km from the centre of Bex, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the edge of the forest, south-west facing position. Private: natural state property 14 ha, beautiful garden to relax. Motor access to the grounds (2 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Shop 8 km, thermal baths "Lavey les Bains" 13 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m. Nearby attractions: Mines de sel de Bex 9 km, Musée de la vigne et du vin Aigle 16 km, Château Chillon/Fort de Chillon 30 km, Dégustation de vin, Fondation de Pierre Gianadda, Martigny 30 km, Grotte aux Fées, St Maurice 11 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman. Hiking paths: Bex, Gryon, Villars. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Animals in the neighbourhood.
