Neukirchen: Large, comfortable cottage "Salzburg Villa 1013", 3 storeys. 5 apartments in the property. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 700 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lounge, table football, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 250 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 700 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wildkogel 700 m, Skiregion Kitzbühel 9 km, Zillertal Arena 15 km. Hiking paths: Hohe Tauern 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
