"Siena and surroundings Villa 1012", 2-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 3 levels. Renovated in 2019, tasteful and stylish furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm), satellite TV. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair). Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 open room with panoramic window with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating, gas heating, air-conditioning. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the valley, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. A natural stone staircase leads down from the living room to the wellness area with a large hydro massage bath in the natural stone vaulted cellar of the house.Seggiano 23 km from Montalcino: Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable "rustico" cottage "La Suite del Benessere". In the centre of Seggiano 23 km from the centre of Montalcino, 20 m from the centre of Seggiano, 65 km from the centre of Siena / Grosseto, in a central, elevated position on a slope. Private: small terraced garden, 25 m2 with natural garden. Shower/WC in the pool area, hot tub, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: relaxation room, spa area. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 23 km, restaurant 500 m. Nearby attractions: Monte Amiata 10 km, Bagno Vignoni 19 km, San Quirico d'Orcia 23 km.
