More information by the provider: Completely new, stylishly and comfortably furnished 2.5-room apartment (70sqm) on the 1st floor of a multi-family chalet built in 2019, equipped with lift. 1 furnished balcony (accessible via living/dining room, facing south/west) and 1 unfurnished balcony (accessible via bedroom, facing north) belong to the apartment. The basement has its own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage room. A ski room for shared use and 1 reserved parking space (no. 23) in the underground parking with charging facilities for electric cars are also available. The apartment is located in the heart of Schönried and is suitable for summer and winter holidays. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find everything you need for an uncomplicated holiday: railway station, dairy, butcher's shop, bakery with grocery shop, several restaurants, two sports shops and the chairlift Horneggli.
The apartment Bern Villa 1130 combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Living/dining room with spacious open-plan kitchen (equipped among other things with induction hob, oven with warming drawer, refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as fondue- and raclette-set), dining table, sofa and TV (Swisscom). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2x100x200cm) and direct access to the bathroom with shower/toilet. Additional 1 separate toilet. The whole apartment disposes of an individually adjustable floor heating in each room (incl. bathroom). WiFi and Sonos music system (wireless music pleasure via WiFi) in the living room and bedroom.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1 parking space (no. 23) in the garage, washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine can be obtained from the apartment owner at CHF 00.50 per capsule ***There is a deposit fee of CHF/EUR 300.00 to pay directly in cash to the keyholder at the arrival*** ***Pets welcome*** Important: Please note that in most of the properties only one pet (usually one dog) is allowed.
