Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Top floor: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, international TV channels and air conditioning with hand-basin and hip bath/WC. Terrace 15 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture (4), sitting area. Beautiful distant view of the city. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Top floor but still cool (cooling via underfloor heating).
