170 km to the north from Rovaniemi, in the Levi tourist center, nearby main ski slopes (Front slope) of Levi. All essential services are within walking distance.
Apartment on the third floor in Alpine-style stone house, built in 2020. There is an elevator in the house.
Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, sauna, washroom/WC and glazed balcony.
Own parking space and storage room in the basement. There is a ski maintenance room with ski waxing table in the house.
Lapland Villa 1264 is a handy apartment next to Levi's Front slope and by the services of road Hissitie. Illuminated first snow ski trail starts from the yard.
The nearest restaurant is on the ground floor of the house. Two Levi Kunkku houses have at least food and dance restaurants and a karaoke bar. There is good soundproofing in the house.
Hullu Poro Arena 100 m. Several restaurants 100 – 500 m.
