The home is equipped with its own 1300 sq foot themed laser tag room and a separate laser maze to make you feel like you are in a James Bond Movie. A third floor games room/theater has every game you could imagine along with a 1100 sq foot deck with a sports bar giving you a 270 degree view of the Jack Nicklaus Golf course and a front row seat to the Disney fireworks at night! Theming has been taken to a whole different level with the ultimate kids room, ‘Camp Morlando’ which centers around a life size tree complete with slides, a climbing ladder that takes you to a secret hideaway full of games and bridges that lead to two amazing cabins where nine bunks offer an amazing outdoor feel complete with nature sounds and stars twinkling above.
Choose from one of four master suites each offering luxurious bathrooms with soaking tubs, a double queen teenager bedroom and three other beautifully decorated king suites, two of which are on the first floor and are handicap accessible.
The outdoor living area is a resort in itself with the swimming pool having its own lazy river with a sand island in the middle of it, a lounging ledge, large spa, outdoor games, fully equipped summer kitchen with bar seating, 4 flat screen TVs, fire pit, dining area, comfortable seating with a TV and a pool bathroom and sauna.
