5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Kainuu Villa 1005.
This log cottage by the small Lake Ylä-Valkeinen in Välikoski area in Sotkamo was completed in 1993. Floor area 120 m². Combined living room & kitchen, with sofa bed for 1-2 person, loft with two bedrooms, both with twin bed + sofa bed for 2-4 persons. Sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet. Porch.
Camp fire place.
Air condition. Kajaani, 70 km, Sotkamo 25 km. Vuokatti ski slope, cross-country ski trail Sotkamo 25 km. Spa / Golf 33 km Holday Club Katinkulta.
Hiidenportti National Park (old-growth forests and ravines) about 20 km.
Own beach 20 m, a boat available (no possibility for outboard motor rental). The area has nice facilities for fishing (Välikoski).
Possibility rent Smoke saunas (for 5 persons and 20 persons), ordered at extra fee straight from the cottage owner. Saunas distance about 30 m. Please, notice that there might be other guests at the smoke sauna at the same time as guests at Kainuu Villa 1005 cottage.
The cottage is on arrival day from 16.00, departure day until 12:00, including a weekend stay.
Cottage final cleaning and bed linen can be booked at extra cost.
Pets allowed at extra price.
