Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair) open walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. With sloping ceilings, 1 room, without window with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Gas heating. Wooden floors. Small balcony, terrace roofed, large terrace, porch. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and Monte Legnone (2609 m).
