Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, satellite TV and hi-fi system. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed and electric heater. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). No internal connecting door between the separated properties.

Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Feldkirchen, 32 km from the centre of Klagenfurt, 33 km from the centre of Villach, 7 km from the lake.
