"Niedersachsen Villa 1018", 3-room house 70 m2. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, sauna (extra), children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
Single-family house "Niedersachsen Villa 1018", renovated in 2015. In the district of Süderwisch 3.5 km from the centre of Otterndorf, 18 km from the centre of Cuxhaven, 50 km from the centre of Bremerhaven, 4.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2, large garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.5 km, grass beach 4.5 km.
