Historical country house "Agroturismo Roqueta", 2 storeys, from the 13rd century, surrounded by fields. 5 apartments in the residence. 1.1 km from the centre of Maria de la Salut, on the outskirts, 18 km from the centre of Inca, 21 km from the centre of Manacor, in an elevated position, 17 km from the sea. For shared use: property 25'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool secured (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground.
