3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). The bedrooms are located on the back side of the house, not towards the road.

For shared use: swimming pool angular (4 x 7 m, 26 m2, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Apr.-01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, arbour, garden furniture. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 250 m, pebble beach 400 m. Tennis 1 km, sports centre 1 km. The house is situated above the coastal road leading to Dubrovnik. Possibility of boat trips (extra) and massage (extra).
