Playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Tennis 700 m, cable car 13 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice field 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park "Area 47" 26 km.
