New and bright apartment in the semi-detached house on peaceful location. Services of Ruka ski resort and ski slopes are within 10 min driving distance. Facilities like ski trail (700 m) and husky farm (2 km) are nearby.
20 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka 7 km, lake Pyhäjärvi 700 m. Apartment in the semi-detached house, built in 2020. Spacious living room/kitchen, bedroom 1: 2 beds and bunk bed, bedroom 2: double bed, washroom, WC, electric sauna, glazed terrace, car shelter.
