Modern apartment on the seafront with communal pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 4 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
INTERIOR: This beautiful apartment consists of a spacious living room with DTT / SAT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace with panoramic sea views. A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. A bedroom with two single beds and finally a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: The common areas have a pleasant outdoor area with communal pool, metal stairs and outdoor shower. It also has a children's park, a paddle tennis court and a bar for the residents of the building. There is a parking space for a vehicle.
LOCATION: This apartment is in an unbeatable location on the beachfront, ideal to dispense with the vehicle during the holidays. It is located just 20 m from the sandy beach and restaurants and 400 m from the nearest supermarket. The center of Calpe is accessible in 2.4 km.
