Exit to the terrace. 1 room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 22 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace 14 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Electric fireplace.

The leisure room / sauna is located in the house and is also available to guests from the other two houses. 3-family house "Rheinland-Pfalz Villa 1016", surrounded by trees and fields. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 10 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Billiard table, table football, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly.
