Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Not recommended for people with walking problems. Lake Maggiore Villa 1016House "Iride", renovated in 2011. 1.5 km from the centre of Mergozzo, on a slope, in the residential district, 550 m from the lake. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced). Private: property, terraced garden, meadow. 70 m stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking at 50 m. Grass beach 550 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
