kalkan Villa 1002 is a two bedroom lovely Kalkan Apartment with a private pool overlooking the Kalamar Bay and surrounding Kalkan islands. Located within the famous Azure Heights, the apartment offers amazing sea, mountain and island views that guests would fall in love with instantly. Located in the ground floor of the building, the kalkan Villa 1002 has a very decent sized private pool with infinity-edge and plenty of outdoor space and sitting area around it to enjoy fabulous Kalkan views.
The space
Kitchen: is well equipped with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, bar table and stools.
Bedroom 1: double bed, AC, wardrobe, stool, dressing table, shower room.
Bedroom 2: two single beds, AC, wardrobe, stool, dressing table, shower room.
Living room: L-shape sofa, AC, coffee table, Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ subscriptions, Premier League football on TV.
Outdoor: Four sun loungers, two parasols, dining table(6 seats), sitting area(4 seats), coffee table, portable BBQ
Outdoor pool: Infinity-edge outdoor pool with measurements: 7mt*4mt*1.8mt
• The property is fully air-conditioned.
• Pool towels and towels are provided.
• A welcome pack is not provided.
• Cleaning and linen changes are provided only on weekly basis.
• Min 7 nights of stay during the period of June-September.
• Min 5 nights of stay during the rest of the year. Cleaning fee of 50£ is applied when a reservation is less than a week.
• Security deposit is 100£ per stay. It is fully refunded if there is no damage to property.
