Kalkan Villa 1045 is one of our conservative holiday villa options. Located in the magnificent Kayaköy, famous for its historical texture, our Villa has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and provides accommodation for 4 people.
Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
Living Room: In the main hall, there is air conditioning, comfortable and comfortable sitting group, dining table and chairs for 4 people, LCD TV, washbasin.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in set, microwave oven, kettle, dinnerware and all kitchen utensils are sufficient.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden measuring 7.0 x 4.0 meters and 1.50 meters deep.
Garden: There is a swimming pool, sunbathing area, shower, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden table and barbecue in the private garden.
Free Services: Reception, electricity, water, gas, daily pool and garden maintenance, one spare sheet and towel per person, internet.
Paid Services: Airport transfers, daily cleaning upon request, daily tours, car rental.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1,000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and the fee is refunded if no damage is done to the house.
