4-room house 85 m2. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, satellite TV and flat screen. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (154 cm). Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Important: the apartment can not be occupied beyond the maximum number of people (plus a cot). Nespresso machine without capsules and a Blue Ray player are in the house. A trampoline is in the garden. Warning: the keyholder is on site from 15h to 18h.

Available: sledges (2), sledges for children (2). Linen change weekly. 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 400 m, bathing lake 22 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, riding stable 6 km, ski lift 500 m, slopes 250 m, ski school 1.3 km, sled run 1.3 km, cross country ski track 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Kleinkirchheim 20 km, Turracherhöhe 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Millstättersee 36 km, Wörthersee 38 km. Hiking paths: Nockberge Hochrindl. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. There is a small granny flat in the house, which is occasionally occupied by the homeowner (private entrance).
