5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Ayia Napa Villa 1371. Ayia Napa Ammos Sea View Villa is a property located just a few metres from Ammos Tou Kampouri Beach and only a few minutes' walk to the centre of Ayia Napa.
Ammos Sea view Villa offers great sea views and a superb patio area .
Ammos Sea View features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room offers comfortable sofas and flat screen TV.
There are 3 bedrooms, the 2 of them have double beds and the third one has a single bed. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub.
The house is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Ayia Napa Ammos Seaview Villa offers the best of both worlds. A beautiful white sand beach less than one minute's walk away and the centre of one of the most cosmopolitan town in Eastern Mediterranean less than 5 minutes' driving. Nevertheless, even though this property is in the centre of everything it is somewhat secluded and relatively quiet.
Guests can visit Ayia Napa to enjoy a traditional fish meze or take a boat trip as well as to walk to Nissi Beach to enjoy one of the best beaches in the world and a cool cocktail.
