4-room apartment 150 m2, on the mezzanine. Comfortable furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 double sofabed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Dining room in the large corridor. The holiday apartments are situated on the raised ground floor of the main building.
Residence "Thüringen Villa 1001", from the 16th century. On the outskirts, 100 m from the centre, 5.5 km from the centre of Stadtilm, in a quiet position. Private: lawn for sunbathing 30 m2. Patio. In the house: restaurant, central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Golf course 22 km. In 1999 the history of this unusually beautiful and listed mill (in family ownership since 1732) and the tradition of the mustard mill (mustard sales) was reinstated. The lovingly restored property comprises 18 grinding mills and uses water from the river Ilm as hydraulic energy (the River Ilm flows through the grounds).
