Ried 7 km from Fiss: 2-family house "Tirol Villa 1095". On the outskirts, 200 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the lake, 50 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Tennis 100 m, sports centre 7 km, gondola lift 50 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 50 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 7 km, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis 8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Lake 100m. The local ski resort "Fendels" is only 50m away and within 10min you can reach the ski resort of Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis with 185km of downhill.
