Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool (6 x 5 m, depth 70 - 150 cm, 01.04.-31.10.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bar 6 km, pebble beach "Guidaloca" 5 km.
