Prior to our arrival, during and after our stay the property Manager and team were very helpful and ...responsive. During our stay the hvac system on second floor malfunction they had someone in route to repair and get our stay comfortable. We would stay at this location in the future. All around great property and super easy to communicate with property owner. Every bedroom had their... own bathroom making our two week stay a breeze as we spent long days in the park. The pool was wonderful at the house and although we rarely used the other community amenities they were plentiful and enjoyable. The park being right down the street was great for the 1 1/2 year old and the house included a high chair and pack and play which was perfect not having to travel with those items. Our only difficulty was with check in and the security gate. The management company sent an email with check in info that got lost and took twenty minutes to contact them and fill it out before proceeding to the house. Secondly the passes issued by security hardly worked on the scanner causing back ups at the gate. Other than those minor inconveniences the experience with the house and owner was great. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Orlando. Read More

Stayed mid May. Best location in the community! Glad we decided on the pool heat as it was still a l...ittle chilly this time of year. Young adults and late teens enjoyed the game room while adults relaxed poolside soaking in the beautiful sunsets. Kitchen is adequately stocked. Beds are extremely comfy! We really enjoyed staying at this home. We know there was a community pool but we just stuck with th...e awesome pool at this home. Our trip purpose was to go to Disney. It was such a short drive to the parks which was awesome. We had 13 people but the house was so large that we did not trip over each other at all. I would stay there again!! Read More
