My husband and I are frequent users of VRBO. For this home we needed to check in at the management o...ffice before we could go to the home. After traveling all day, we really wanted to go straight to the home and relax. The office stays open until 10 which was convenient and young ladies at the office were very nice. The home had a code to unlock the front door (so they could have given us the code online). We liked that so we didn’t have to worry about remembering to take the key with us. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The wifi was good and easy to log into. The kitchen had more dishes than you would possibly need. They actually had a basket with coffee for your first pot along with tea bags and a few pods of dishwasher detergent. The bathrooms had a couple rolls of toilet paper and sample size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The laundry room had detergent for one load of laundry. This is important because most of the VRBO’s we have stayed at had nothing, so this was a nice touch. The only thing I would suggest is cleaning the pool area. The patio has mold/mildew and needs power washed. The umbrella for the table was also covered with mildew. I didn’t want to sit on the furniture. There are ducks roaming the neighborhood and will come up the driveway for a visit. No fault of the owners, but the neighbors do like to play their music loud, usually not too late.
