Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on one floor.
INTERIOR: This beautiful villa consists of a living room with beautiful views, TV (Spanish and French channels) and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. One bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.

EXTERIOR: It has a beautiful pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. A summer kitchen with portable barbecue and gas cooker to enjoy outdoor meals. In addition, there is parking for two vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area given the short distance to easily access the center of Calpe in just 2.5 km and the sandy beach in 2.8 km. The nearest supermarket is only 1 km away.
