Protaras Villa 1474 is a modern, spacious and child friendly 3-bedroom villa with private pool, located within walking distance of the Central Protaras Strip and Fig Tree Bay.
The ground floor features an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen that includes all modern appliances and a breakfast bar. The living room offers comfortable furniture, a fireplace, sofa bed, flat screen TV and opens up to the pool patio area. The 4m x 8m pool offers a proper pool fence for child safety. The patio is equipped with sun-loungers, table and chairs a covered area to offer comfort in the heat of the summer and a build in BBQ. The upper floor offers two double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and the family bathroom.
Protaras Villa 1474 is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers free, high-speed private Wi-Fi, satellite TV with English, Russian and other European channels, sports channels, movies and series. Within walking distance, you will find some of the best beaches, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, a clinic and all amenities you would want for a great family holiday.
Protaras Villa 1474 is within walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
