Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful distant view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The upper floor: open gallery (reading room with table).
Beautiful country house "Bayern Villa 1002". Outside the resort, 10 km from the centre of Kollnburg, in a secluded, quiet position, along the wooded area. Private: property, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, pond. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 10 km, skisport facilities 50 km, cross country ski track 10 km. Please note: car recommended.
