"Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Villa 1027", 4-room terraced house 82 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV, video, CD-player and hi-fi system. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Terrace, garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. There is 1 free parking space. On request pre ordering of another parking space at a cost of 4.00 euro per day.
Terraced house. On the outskirts, 500 m from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: patio, fireplace. In the house: central heating system, bicycles available (extra). Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station 20 km, sandy beach 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, swimming bay 2 km. Golf course 30 km, riding stable 5 km. All seven reeded terraced houses have a high-quality and perfectly matching interior. Each house has a 109 cm (minimum) TV in the living/dining room and a second Sat-TV (72 cm) in one of the bedrooms. Cycles for hire. charcoal barbecue not allowed at the house for fire safety reasons.
