In the district of Schaufling 11 km from the centre of Lalling, 6.5 km from the centre of Deggendorf, 54 km from the centre of Passau, in a secluded position, in the countryside. Private: property, terraced garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 170 m long bumpy motor access to the grounds. Parking on the premises. Carport.
