Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 open room with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 01.05. Parquet floors. Balcony. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), sitting area. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. From the bedroom with double sofa bed there is a steep staircase with no handrail to the attic floor which is locked.
