Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Box-room. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
Agricultural estate "La Vittoria". Property composed of main house and outbuilding 17 km from the centre of Cortona, 35 km from the centre of Città di Castello, 40 km from the centre of Arezzo. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced) trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, 01.05.-25.09.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (2 km via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house at 20 m. Shop 10 km, supermarket 17 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 40 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner has a dog. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
