Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. With Dressing room. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Fridge/freezer combination in the storage room with external access.

Beautiful, comfortable manor house "La Bigeonnière", renovated in 2017. 300 m from the centre of Cabourg, 25 km from the centre of Deauville, 25 km from the centre of Caen, in a central position, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: beautiful garden 600 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant, sandy beach 300 m. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 700 m. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives on the same property. The landlady lives on the neighboring estate from time to time and also shares the access to the estate with the customers.

Railway station "Dives sur mer" 1.5 km. Harbour Ouistreham 15 km. Caen 25 km. Deauville 20 km. Near the landing sites, with its beautiful beach facing Britain and from which William the Conqueror has invaded England. Cabourg is located just 3 hours from Portsmouth (GB) by ferry via Ouistreham.
