Algarve Townhome 1056 is a luxury three-bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool located at the very exclusive Royal Golf Margarida. Situated in a quiet, up- market residential area in the resort of Vale do Lobo within easy driving distance to the nearest beach and local Golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. This holiday rental benefits from air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.
The property is decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standards with air-conditioning throughout. Every detail in this property has been specifically chosen to create a comfortable relaxed atmosphere allowing you to holiday in comfort and style.
The entrance hall leads to the modern open plan living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Doors lead to the pool terraces. Sleeping accommodation comprises two double bedrooms and one large twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa and has no natural light.
Outside the pool can be heated upon request against an extra charge. There is plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque, perfect for alfresco. This villa is situated in a quiet, up-market residential area in the resort of Vale do Lobo within easy driving distance to the nearest beach and local Golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. It is only a few minutes’ drive to the beach and water sports. The local restaurants, bars and shopping plaza are only a short drive away.
