An elegant two storey vacation home of 2153 sq.ft. featuring 3 bedrooms all with TV-s. and 3 beautifully tiled bathrooms, with contemporary high quality new furnishings. The home is fully air conditioned. This home will accommodate up to 6 people.

Come and enjoy this truly luxurious home!! The fully equipped, eat in kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast area with bar stools. The dining area which seats 6 is conveniently located next to the kitchen and close to the nicely appointed living area. The kitchen is open plan and you can see all the way to the pool through the sliding patio doors in the living room.

After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered lanai which also includes a splash pool that can be heated! The pool has a seating bench and bubbles for your enjoyment. Two sun loungers are placed beside the pool. There is a seating group with 6 chairs. A security fence is present on the patio for families with small children

You will love the second floor king master with private balcony to relax and enjoy the expansive view. The en-suite bathroom has two sinks, shower and a toilet.

The second bedroom on the second floor offers twin beds. Bathroom with tub/shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom is located in the first floor, and features a queen bed. This room has direct access to a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms has flat panel TV-s and a wardrobe. Hairdryers.

Free high speed wireless internet, free local calls! The laundry room has a washer/dryer plus ironing equipment. There is complimentary use of a high chair, crib and stroller.

My family and I loved this house alot and we will definitely love to rent again. it did had a few du...mb things like we drove 16 hours got to the house No toilet paper😔 no dish detergent n a few towels smelled like they was in the washer for days b4 they was dry also no fob or key to the pool, called and they quickly send us one but other than that everything was clean nice area nice neighborhood. We loved it all my boys enjoyed there rooms we will definitely rent again thanks for the opportunity 😁 Read more
