This house was overall a good stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The mattresses were a ...little uncomfortable and the dryer broke while we were there. However, the property management allowed us access to a dryer at another property until the dryer in our unit could be fixed. It was very nice having three showers to use when we got back from a long day at the beach. I would consider staying here again for the overall quality and price. The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be to include clear instructions for how to access the community pool and game room. Read More

This place was very clean. However, there were a couple of issues ... upstairs carpet is in bad shap...e, upstairs patio door in master bedroom does not lock. There was not an outdoor trash container to put our trash in. I attempted to call and did email (twice) the owner and did not receive a response about this. I would stay here again. Read More

My family and I loved this house alot and we will definitely love to rent again. it did had a few du...mb things like we drove 16 hours got to the house No toilet paper😔 no dish detergent n a few towels smelled like they was in the washer for days b4 they was dry also no fob or key to the pool, called and they quickly send us one but other than that everything was clean nice area nice neighborhood. We were pleased with our stay here overall. Everything was as advertised, we were able to get a mino...r maintenance issue fixed within a few hours with just 1 phone call and the unit fit our needs very well. Our only small complaint was that this property is deep into a neighborhood, so it took some time to get to the house after leaving the main road. Pretty decor and comfortable beds. The house was obviously cleaned weeks before we arrived. The toil...ets were crusty at the water line, and the house was somewhat dusty. Some minor things being improved would give it 5 stars: 1) the ma...ster bedroom mattress was not real comfortable but passable, 2) the master bedroom balcony could use a power wash, 3) carpeting could probably use a cleaning.
