5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Sotira Villa 1204. As you enter the villa, you will find the large and spacious living room with a comfortable corner leather sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite and patio doors leading to the pool and garden area. There is a dining area with seating for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you require for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar with extra seating for 2 persons.
You will find one of the bedrooms on the ground floor which has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC and a double bed.
Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom is on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.
There is also the added luxury of a lovely, large roof terrace with seating area overlooking the views, perfect for a relaxing evening.
Outside, the spacious garden has a barbecue, outside dining area, sun loungers, outside shower and private pool. There is extra workspace with a sink for your barbecue nights.
There is full WiFi and air conditioning throughout.
