Luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa with a private pool and garden. Ideally located in the lovely town of Pernera near Protaras with a 2 minute walk to Pernera Beaches. The villa has been carefully furnished to provide you with the all the facilities that you will expect from a 5 star accomodation.
Our on-site Manangement company is available to provide any services or requests including check in and check out, key holding, car rental, tour excursions, cleaning and laundry services etc. There are a number of bars and restaurants within a minutes walk.
This superb retreat lies on the seashore of one of the islands best resorts, surrounded by lush gardens, just two km from the centre of Protaras, three km from the town of Paralimni, and only a short stroll away from the restaurants, bars and shopping centre of the Pernera area.
