A spacious modern villa with a large garden and pool area, parking for 2 cars and lots of privacy. Walking distance to several beaches of Pernera.
Protaras Villa 1460 is a very modern and stylish 3 bedroom detached villa with a optionally heated swimming pool and wooden decking area finished with beautiful landscaping. Inside you will find every luxury you would expect and more.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area that open up to the swimming pool and garden as well as a guest WC. The first floor features the master bedroom which has an en-suite shower room a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds.
The villa is fully equipped with all modern luxuries and is fully air conditioned. Protaras Villa 1460 offers free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The outdoor pool can be heated so you can enjoy the swimming pool throughout the year. Pool heating costs euro35 per day.
Protaras Villa 1460 is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 100 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nighlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
