Protaras Villa 1486 is a cozy 3 bedroom detached house located in a quiet area of Ayia Triada in Protaras near Sirina Bay and Crystal Springs Beach just a short 3 minutes' walk to the beach and all amenities.
The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a fully equipped kitchen a dining table for 6 persons, comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and a fireplace as well as the guest toilet. On the upper floor the villa features the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms with a double bed each and the family bathroom.
The outside offers a large private pool and a fully furnished patio with sunbeds, dining table with chairs and large pergola covered patio with a built in BBQ.
Protaras Villa 1486 has been decorated with care and taste from the owner with many small details to make this beautiful villa feel like a home away from home.
The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities, fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels.
Protaras Villa 1486 is located in a quiet and convenient location near two vary good beaches. The nearrest beach is Crystal Springs and is about 5 minutes'walk from the villa while Sirina Bay crystal clear waters and white sand is less than 5 minutes'walk away.
At Central Protaras only 2km away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
