     Where Charlotte Harbor meets the Myakka River, the water views from this villa, Sunrise Villa, are peaceful and expansive. This beautiful and large villa/apartment (2900 SqFt) is divided over 4 levels, all accessible by your own private elevator, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

      Expansive Floor Plan

     On the first floor is the garage as well as the washer and dryer. On the second floor is a large open kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and a spacious family room with oversized sliders that step out to the screened lanai.

     On the third floor is the master suite (king size bed) with a private balcony overlooking the Myakka River and large master bathroom with a large tub, dual sinks, and a large walk-in closet. In addition, a guest bedroom (queen size bed) with a small private balcony and guest’s bathroom with bathtub/shower combination is on the third floor. 

     The fourth-floor loft has an open kitchen, guest bedroom, bathroom with a large bathtub, and a reading/sitting area.

    On-site Amenities

     The community offers a social clubhouse and a heated Olympic size community pool overlooking the water. Fishing pier and open seawall to tie up your boat available with no bridges to impede access to the Harbor and Gulf of Mexico, this is sailboat water access. 

    Check out the beautiful view of the Myakka River from the family room!. The public boat ramp is just down the road from this rental.  The location has easy access to Englewood to enjoy the beaches and Port Charlotte for shopping and dining, including a large mall with multiple restaurants for your enjoyment.
