     Villa has a pool and a large pool terrace which offers amazing sea, mountain and island views. Pool terrace offers comfy seating area with a swing chair and dining table to make best out of sunsets and evenings. It is perfectly located to get sunshine all day. The lighting in garden intends to make the most of the two mature palm trees in the front and citrus and olive trees in the back. Interior design is exceptionally fine where modern touches are accompanied by woodwork furnitures.

     The space

     kalkan Villa 1003 is a 3 bedroom stylish villa that is recently refurbished to a high standard, located at an elevated position in the Kördere area, approximately 3.5 km from the center of Kalkan. The villa has a kidney shape private pool and a large pool terrace which offers amazing sea, mountain and island views. The pool terrace, alongside with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, offers comfy seating area with a double swing chair and al-fresco dining table to make best out of Kalkan sunsets and evenings. 

     The villa is perfectly located to get sunshine all day long. The lighting in the landscaped garden intends to make the most of the two mature palm trees in the front garden and citrus and olive trees in the backyard garden. The interior design is exceptionally high standard where modern touches are accompanied by woodwork furnitures and amazing sea views. As amenities, there is also table tennis and a stone BBQ. The villa has excellent WIFI connection throughout the building and also offer services like Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+.

     Accommodation is laid out as follows:

     There are small steps to villa from the main entrance near car parking area. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with comfortable couches, a flat screen TV with various streaming subscriptions and an elegant interior design accompanied by great sea views that kalkan Villa 1003 can offer. Large sliding doors and windows provide access to the pool terrace.

     All bedrooms are located at the first floor of the villa and there is also another living room with furnitures in the same floor. Large sliding doors and windows provide access to the balcony with lovely sea views.

• Minimum duration of stay is 7 days during July-August and 5 days in rest of the year.
• Security deposit is 150£
• Cleaning fee extra cost will be applied for reservations less than a week. A mid-stay free cleaning is provided for stays of at least 10 days.
• Bathroom and pool towels are provided and new set is delivered if there will be a cleaning scheduled.
