Beautiful beachfront apartment located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two floors.
INTERIOR: This modern apartment is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a living room with air conditioning, spectacular views of the sea and the rock of Ifach and access to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning. One bedroom with two single beds each and air conditioning.
In addition to a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: It has a terrace with stunning views of the sea and a parking space for a vehicle.
LOCATION: Without a doubt this apartment has an unbeatable location, at the foot of the beach, restaurants and the center of Calpe. The sandy beach and restaurants are only 10 m away. The nearest supermarket is 300 meters away and the center of Calpe 450 meters away.
