Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 40 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace, to the patio. Open kitchen 7 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (70 cm, length 160 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC with corner bath. Gas heating, boiler (100 litres). Small balcony 5 m2, terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, hair dryer, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Distance to the reservoir: 500 m.
Holiday village "Hessen Villa 1004". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Please note: car recommended. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging.
