The beautiful modern kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, pendant lighting and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. All the cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience. In this open floor plan, step into the great room where you will find a lovely formal dinning area with seating up to 6 guests. Enjoy lounging around after a long day at the Parks in the contemporary living room featuring a sofa, love seat and large wall mounted flat screen TV. Keep the whole family happy with the Free Wi-Fi.
Downstairs you will find the guest suite featuring a King size bed and flat screen TV. Step outside onto the patio to your very own private Splash Pool
Head upstairs to find 3 Bedrooms. The Master bedroom en-suite features a King size bed and flat screen TV with it's own private shower. The kids will love the sports themed room with 2 Twin beds and the Mickey themed with 2 Twin beds. A great house with plenty of amenities near by. The pool and barbecue in the yard were the highlight...s for us. The two large beds were very soft, but very comfortable. The house was clean and just a pictured in the listings. There were only three of us staying, so we had a lot of extra space - it was like having an east wing that we never even ventured into. We would definitely recommend this house. We had no issues with the communal facilities being too busy - it was lovely to float around on the lazy river followed by a nice relax in the hot tub. You will need your parking permit with you to get into these facilities. Just remember (as indicated in the listing) to bring your own detergent, dishwasher tablets and spare toilet paper. There are no washing products included and just one toilet roll per toilet. We would definitely stay again if we were back in Orlando. Read More

As far as location, it was perfect. I stayed here with my 6 sisters. We did all sorts of activities ...and everything was within 20 minutes. There is a Walmart, an ALDI and a Publix all within a 5 minute drive. It's not a walkable area, but if you have a car it's perfect. The pool is a 3 minutes drive or 12 minute walk. The club house does offer golf cart service. We opted to walk. The pool stays open pretty late. The bar & bistro were good to have. The home itself was perfect for what we needed. The only issue I had was empty soap dispensers and no dish soap. If you are planning to cook, purchase EVERYTHING because the house did not have any foil or dish cloths. We were able to make a quick run to dollar tree to pick up the extras. Overall, I would definitely stay here again because the house was nice and I liked the private pool area. Read More
