Villa Queenstown 1018 is a perfectly suited property for family or group holidays. With 4 bedrooms spread over 3 levels, and only a seven minute stroll from the town centre with its 150 bars and restaurants, this property is conveniently located in Suburb Street, Queenstown.The open plan living area comprises of a lounge space with formal dining area, casual dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The home theatre features satellite television, surround sound and iPod connectivity. The living area has a generous balcony with views towards the Remarkables and Cecil Peak overlooking Lake Wakatipu. Its a beautiful spot for a sun downer, and watching the Remarkables blush" as the sun sets.

Off the casual dining area, there is a sheltered courtyard with an outdoor setting and BBQ for entertaining. To finish the living area there is an open fire to give you that cosy atmosphere.  The entire house is heated with underfloor heating, so warm and toasty in winter and in the summer open the bi-fold doors to the balconies to can get the fresh breezes off the lake.

All four bedrooms have double beds in them, the 4th bedroom can be split into 2 x single beds upon request.  The main bedroom is very large and has a walk in dressing room, study and an en-suite with a shower and spa bath.  The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both double rooms, these bedrooms share a bathroom that has a bath and walk-in shower.

The upper floor sits the 4th bedroom, with its own balcony and the best views in the house.  This bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower.
